Background
Ntirety is an IT managed services provider of infrastructure, security, data, and compliance solutions.
With an audience including IT professionals and CISOs, Ntirety explained their solutions using highly technical datasheets. The content was often very dense and complex. During an update to their Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) datasheet, I improved the datasheet’s readability by changing the layout, using colors for emphasis, and cleaning up the diagram.
Original Datasheet
The original datasheet had a lot of text, so it was difficult to read. The technical diagram was crammed into a small space, making it illegible.
Redesigned Datasheet
The final datasheet still contained a lot of information, but I broke it up into sections, making it easier to consume. I made the technical diagram larger so the information was clearer. I also added in icons and photos to support and break up the text.
